Our Story

Frontline English was born from a dream - one that started while I was traveling through Southeast Asia, witnessing firsthand how vital good communication is in tourism, hospitality, and public safety. With over a decade of experience in criminal justice, international research, and training, I saw a clear gap. English education wasn’t serving the people who needed it most: the frontline faces of every travel experience.

So, I created Frontline English: a platform designed not just to teach English, but to empower people in real situations with real language. Built on CEFR standards, grounded in TEFL methodology, and tested by experience - it’s practical, scenario-based, and totally free of textbook fluff.

And then something even better happened.

While in Vietnam, I met Molly - a hospitality expert and PR pro with a deep understanding of guest service and communication. We connected as friends first (the kind you keep for life), then as collaborators, sharing the same passion for helping people grow their confidence, skills, and opportunities.

With Molly’s background in hospitality management and marketing, the vision grew - and so did the business.

Today, Frontline English is more than a course.

It’s a mission. A team. A friendship. A movement.

And it’s only just getting started.

Who We Are

Hannah

Founder | Lead Curriculum Designer

With a Level 5 Diploma in TEFL, a Level 7 Certificate in Training Skills, and an LLM in Law, I bring both practical experience and academic precision to every course we build. My background includes a BA (Hons) in Criminal Justice, qualifications in Business Management, and over a decade working in policing, training, and international research.

I’ve taught 500+ hours of live, hands-on English classes - and I know what works. That’s why every lesson I design is built to be real-world focused, culturally aware, and immediately useful. Most importantly, it is created specifically to serve professionals on the front lines.

Because when communication matters most, textbook English just isn’t enough.

Marketing & Hospitality Experience Lead

With a background in Public Relations and 8 years of hospitality management experience, I’ve worked in everything from boutique hotels to high-volume restaurants - managing guest services, staff training, and front-of-house operations.

After completing my BA in Public Relations, I focused my energy on helping hospitality businesses improve their marketing, customer experience, and service communication. Now, I focus on creating content, videos, and campaigns that help real people in hospitality feel more confident communicating with guests in English.
